I provide Clinical Psychology Assessment and Integrative Therapy for people aged 18 and over, who are experiencing anxiety, worry, low mood, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment & loss (e.g., death of a loved one, physical health difficulties and illness, stressful life events, brain injury, existential concerns).
I have been awarded Chartered membership of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), and accredited as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
The title of Chartered Clinical Psychologist reflects the highest standard of psychological knowledge and expertise, is a protected title and legally recognised by the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK.
I am regulated by HCPC and will continue my registration until CORU (Ireland’s Health & Social Care Professions Regulator) start the process of regulating Clinical Psychologists in Ireland.
As part of my commitment as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, I continue to be up to date with the latest evidence-based research, attend professional training in different therapeutic approaches, in supervision 4+ years with Dr Kate Lucre, Psychotherapist, Compassionate Mind Foundation, and develop personal practice in Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), meditation and yoga.
